About Fenton School of Dance

Founded in 1981 by Susan Carter (owner, choreographer and instructor), Fenton School of Dance (FSD) quickly outgrew its first location and in 1987 added an additional facility called The Dance Extension. In 2013, both locations were consolidated to one state-of-the-art, multi-studio facility in historic Downtown Fenton.

The Academy within Fenton School of Dance provides advanced training and opportunities for students serious about the art form of Dance.

Instruction is provided by certified teachers, who consistently produce National Champions in the Competition Dance circuits. FSD fosters an excellent environment for students to have fun, make new friends, grow personally, grow creatively, and grow professionally.

Class sizes are limited, students cannot be younger than 2 years old. Call us at (810) 629-3551 to learn more about enrollment.
