Class Schedules

NOTE:  You must have Microsoft Word (MS Word) installed on your computer to open the all MS Word labeled documents.  If you can not open these documents, copies can be obtained from our studios.

Register for 2008 Fall Classes

  1. Download the 2008-2009 Fall Class Schedule (MS Word, 62KB, last updated on September 17, 2008)

    Regarding the Class Schedule:  The class schedule may be amended at any time to better accommodate the dancers and studio.   Classes may be added or they can be changed or cancelled if there are not enough teachers, interest, or students to support it.  The last updated date for the schedule is noted above.

  2. Download and complete the 2008-2009 Registration Form (MS Word, 36KB, last updated on August 7, 2008). 

    NOTE:  If you would like to have payments automatically deducted and billed to your credit card, fill out and submit the AutoPay Authorization/Enrollment Form (MS Word, 34KB, last updated on August 7,2008).

  3. Drop off the completed '2008-2009 Registration Form' (also the 'AutoPay Authorization/Enrollment Form' if applicable) at one of our studio locations (see maps).
